Choosing the right practitioner for help
When you are choosing an IEMT or Cognitive Hypnotherapy practitioner, you will want to make sure they meet the following criteria:
- They need to be a fully qualified IEMT Practitioner or Cognitive Hypnotherapist (HPD, DipCHyp)
- They should be a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) or The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
- They should hold a current DBS certificate if working with young people
- They should be fully insured to carry out the therapy
- They should be someone that you feel you can relax with and trust
